Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the labelling and tags must be intact with no damage to them. If you are returning a Project Weekend Kit, the entire kit must be returned unused with all items included. This includes but is not limited to yarn, needles, project bag etc.   

Please Note: Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return has been delivered to our office, only then will your refund be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned parcel to reach us may vary. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@projectweekendshop.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and are considered final sale.


Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@projectweekendshop.com so we can review this issue with you and authorize an exchange. 

If we no longer have stock of the item you wished to exchange it for, we will refund your order.

 

Return Shipping

Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a traceable service and keep hold of your original shipping receipt with the tracking number until your refund has been issued. We are not held liable for parcels lost in transit.
